In support of our Alumni Engagement and Development team travelling around the world, we have implemented a cloud based system utilizing iPads and GoodReader (drop box). Each Alumni or Development Officer now only carries their iPad that contains all updated information, documents, marketing materials, video etc. to support their efforts while on the road and visiting Alumni & Constituents.
Our Cloud solution is housed here at Western to protect all information being used and to ensure we have control over all security measures. An iPad can sync to the main cloud server whenever and wherever they may be, for up to the minute updates.
