Technology Services (External) helps build and strengthen relationships with Western’s key constituencies through online tools such as email, websites, event registration, donation forms and data collection forms.
Our web team supports Western’s electronic constituent relationship management system (eCRM) and the content management system for the University’s alumni and fundraising web sites. We currently use Luminate Online and Blackbaud CRM.
Technology Services (External) works collaboratively with Alumni Relations & Development and Communications & Public Affairs as well as Faculties and Departments across campus to assist with and/or deliver online engagement opportunities that meet the needs and expectations of Western’s current and future alumni, donors, and friends.
Our web team provides training and support for our online tools. In addition, we offer guidance and best practices based on Western’s experiences with online relationship building as well as industry benchmarks and standards.
