Directions for Staff:

Forward a memorandum to the attention of Janice Van Der Klugt, Manager of Alumni and Gift Services, Advancement Operations, Suite 260I Westminster Hall.

Any questions, please contact donations@uwo.ca


Include the following information in your memo:

  1. the designation of funds (where is it going to be used)
  2. expected amount to be received
  3. who the wire is from
  4. specific receipting instructions;

Advancement Operations will ensure the appropriate parties in Financial Services are notified of the anticipated wire.  Please note that you should not contact Financial Services directly.

Note regarding rebranding: The University of Western Ontario Foundation Inc. will continue to be the legal name for wire transfers.
